At Apple , Angela Ahrendts will report directly to Tim Cook .
Executive Director of Burberry , Angela Ahrendts , will join the computer giant Apple starting next year .
Ahrendts - who has worked in the fashion industry for almost 10 years - will be served as senior vice president for retail and internet store Apple .
With his new position at Apple , Ahrendts will report directly to the top leadership of Apple , Tim Cook .
Position in Brubery will be replaced by Christopher Bailey , who for six years served as the creative head of the company.
Ahrendts said was an honor for him to be able to work at Burberry .
" Burberry in bright conditions . I'm sure Christopher , as one of a generation with great vision , Burberry will continue to lead to a new peak . "
He will work closely with Bailey in the past few months before moving to Apple to ensure a smooth transition process .
Ahrendts move was announced in conjunction with the Burberry statement that they achieve 17 % growth in retail sales during the six months to September 2013 .
Retail sales of Burberry stores grew 13 % , partly driven by economic growth in the Asia Pacific , Middle East , India and Africa .
The fashion industry is headquartered in the UK also recorded an increase in total revenue by 14 % to £ 1.03 billion, making it the luxury product export company of England's most successful .
