An Apple device users from California named Mark Mencher, recently sued the Cupertino-based company to court.
Initiated a lawsuit on behalf of the intended Mencher Apple CEO, Tim Cook, as a defendant, as reported by Phone Arena (18/10).
The claim was made because the property Mencher several times restart by itself and there is no confirmation to immediately update the iOS 7.
After 7 updated to iOS gadgets (not described the gadget iPhone or iPad) belongs Mencher, apparently the latest OS it can not be removed alias restored to iOS 6. Mencher even consider the effect of parallax on iOS 7 makes dizziness and abdominal pain. He sue Apple because the system automatically updates to iOS 7 is very troublesome.
"Apple's iOS 7 is a corporate thuggery. Tim Cook seems to make update automatically on iOS 7 just to gain customers. This is a policy that will ultimately fail." Mark says Mencher.
