However, a study presented by Allison Aiello , a professor of epidemiology , University of Michigan said that the main ingredient is triclosan hand sanitizer can actually make the germs become resistant . He explained that when triclosan on bacteria , then the bacteria will create its own immune system .
He further said that hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of about 60 % better than hand sanitizers with triclosan . This is a preventive measure for those who are not able to clean or wash hands with soap and running water .
Wear hand sanitizer to maintain the health and cleanliness of the body is a good preventive measure however make sure the content is in your hand sanitizer .
